What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Have a strong grasp of your technical area and fuels & lubricants technology.
Be aspirational, do more than the minimum and strive for excellent work.
Look into BP internships prior to the graduate scheme (if not too late in your degree). These give you an excellent chance to see if working in BP is for you, and also gives you a headstart in the graduate application process.
