What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

The people within the company are all extremely supportive and open to providing help.
Worst
At times the sense of ownership and responsibility at early stages of the internship can be stressful with a lack of guidance. One must make sure to continue communicating with managers and colleagues to gain as much help as possible.
