What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be passionate, show that you're capable of original thought and don't try and bluff something you don't know. We hire people who are articulate, passionate about brands and bright enough to learn on the job. You don't have to arrive with all the answers and experience, just the willingness to learn.

Take the time to listen to the question being asked, don't be afraid to inject a little humour and let your personality shine through. We are not a big corporate machine, we're real people who want to work with funny, intelligent, charismatic individuals.
