What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Research the company beforehand to make sure it's the right place for you. If you think you will be suited to the working environment then the application should come naturally. If you're struggling to find an answer to 'Why do you want to work at Vodafone' then I would recommend looking elsewhere. You have to want to work for the company you're applying for - if you don't it will be obvious at interview stage.

Be yourself! Based on what other colleagues have said, Vodafone care more about who you are than what you know. They just want to see if you would fit in with the Vodafone culture
