Being given the chance to run impactful projects.
Management being very invested in graduates and what they can offer.

My scheme is limited location wise and the placements are sometimes shorter than they should be.

Don't worry about having experience in the travel sector or loads of previous work experience, personal growth and experiences help you with the application to the company.

Talk to the people that will be interviewing you at the assessment centre before the official interview portion starts to gain an insight into the company.

The assessment centre has four parts: 1) a series of small 20 minute exercises surrounding possible scenarios, 2) a presentation that is given and prepared in the room before being presented to one member of the interview team, 3) a presentation of ideas between two of you followed by a question and answer session, 4) a strengths-based interview, not focused on any previous experience.
