What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

You get a lot of variation and learning in your week. The support you receive is excellent and you have the opportunity to travel around the UK to different depots, training and meetings. It is great meeting the different people in the business when you are travelling to different meetings and events.

Worst

Depending on what part of the scheme you are on sometimes you have to work at what some people consider as unsociable hours. So I've had early mornings, some very early mornings and night shifts. I've adapted well to the early mornings but some graduates struggle.

Be yourself and show how through all your different experiences of work and education you have developed.
