What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
It is really varied, we get to do all sorts of things as part of learning the business and industry that we may not have otherwise been able to do. You get to learn what you're good and not good at.
The support network from other graduates on the scheme is really useful, as well as having support from different people and places in the business.
Worst
Sometimes a bit difficult to get stuck in, as you're not management but also have no specific role.

Starting salary: £25,000 - £27,000

Start: 07:30
Finish: 16:30
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be yourself, they're less interested in how much knowledge you have about the industry already and more focused on who you are as a person.
Do you have any interview tips?
The assessment day (after the online tests and video interviews) is really enjoyable, there are lots of different mini tasks and presentations and you get to meet other graduates in the same position and those already on the scheme.
