What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The variety - so far I've been in charge of improving one of our key KPI's and then the complete change of learning to drive a bus!
Worst
Nothing major. You do sometimes feel like you're working for two separate companies, your local placement and the group (graduate team). Sometimes things can clash (mainly schedule wise) but both are relatively flexible and understanding.
