Ability and freedom to go around the business and find out about what other departments are doing - also easy to strike up conversations with people and to network and find different roles
Worst
Lack of support training and funding - everyone seems to be too busy to spend more than a short teams call with you - you have to be way to proactive for what a grad scheme should be and there is no training or financial support for people who want training or to upskill
