What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Research the company (as best you can). Sometimes it's really hard to articulate exactly what we as a company -do- (trust me, it's still kind of hard...). Much easier if you know someone in Accenture to speak to.
Once you get past the initial application process, you get assigned a buddy which you can ask questions about the company, issues, general advice, etc. You should really use the buddy as much as possible to help you understand the company.
