- There is a lot of scope to be creative when investigating solutions
- You can pick to work on system areas that you're interested in
- The team are all friendly and supportive
- You get to interact with stakeholders in all business areas and levels
- Independently working on solutions

Worst

- Some of the tasks can be very repetitive
- Sometimes you have to work on more boring tasks
- Dealing with users who have negative views on the system and functions
