What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be yourself throughout the interview process, TK Maxx are interested in your attitude and personality (still have to have the right qualifications), there is a big push here at TK Maxx surrounding giving any training that is needed.
Do you have any interview tips?
I was asked how I would describe Facebook to someone from Victorian Times, but I know other people got asked how would they explain the cloud to a child.
