What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

As a Business Analyst, I really enjoy being able to play to my strengths, combing the critical analysis and problem solving skills I gained in my degree, with the communication skills and confidence I gained as a recruitment consultant. As a BA I enjoy exploring new ways to make improvements that will really help the business to be innovative and work better , and working together within a big IT team, therefore getting exposure to new and exciting areas. The work life balance is great too, we get a mixture of office and home based work which is very much controlled by you.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Do you have any interview tips?

Depends on which part of the graduate scheme you are applying for. Generally, the key thing would be to ensure you reach the company and understand Reed's values and mission statement. Knowing lots about the company will go a long way. For a 360 Recruitment Consultant, it would be worth having a look into some basic sales background and have some basic knowledge stored away.
