Do you have any interview tips?
During the assessment centre, HR will do everything to make you change your opinions over situational questions. The key is to never back down with your decision, whatever it is, there's a reason to why you decided to do something. When you have made that decision you should back it up and prove to HR you will stick with your decision. Even if after a few explanations with HR, you start doubting your answer. You shouldn't doubt your answer and decisions.
