At the AC: Basic questions about the company like 'Who is the CEO?', 'What services or products does IBM provide?'
At final interview: More open discussion to see how you might fit in the company. I spoke to my interviewer about our degrees as I had studied Archaeology and she had a PhD in Digital Curating.
