What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
This is an excellent place to start your graduate career and develop into a well respected professional in the sales environment. If you were applying for Pareto is is all about personality and what you can individually bring to the business. I would say you have to work well under pressure and be able to adapt to different environment, however you are rewarded excellently with company holidays and and commission plans.
