What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Progression is very quick, I was promoted after 5 months and gunning for my next promotion already having only been in my new role for 4 months. The incentives are also excellent, we have two company holidays each year, I was lucky enough to have earned a spot on the last trip which was an all expenses paid trip to St.Anton skiing in March. It was amazing, and I'm hoping I will find myself on many more to come. The people and culture also make me not have that Monday feeling.

Worst

As it is sales, you have good days and bad days, the days where you don't feel like you've got anywhere can be really tough. Its very much like a roller coaster, you never know when a deal will get over the line or not. Can also become repetitive.
