What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The people. I work with incredibly supportive colleagues and have the opportunity to meet and collaborate with new people regularly. The role in team oriented, high pressure and to strict deadlines so care about your team and their wellbeing is essential to get the job done.
Worst
Sometimes I get spread too thin, I work alongside many people and split my time between them, which can make it hard to balance workload.
Long hours are regular - it's not a 9-5 job, you work until the job is finished!

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be yourself - it's easier to be calm and relaxed if you remember that the interviewers aren't trying to trick you, they are trying to get to know you to understand how you would fit into the existing team,
