Experience is king, from volunteering to paid full-time jobs, skills and experience are transferable. Deepen your skill base and perspective to ensure you can bring something new to the table. Do you have any interview tips?

Before the interview, I prefer to find a quiet space to take deep breaths and use Amy Cuddy's method (the superman pose) to feel more grounded and confident. This will put you in the right mental position. When you are in an interview eye contact and a strong handshake. If you do not know the answer immediately, it is good to take a couple of moments to really think the answer through. Finally, using the STAR method to structure your answers, when you are under pressure it is nice to have something to rely on.
