What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The freedom to manage my work in my own way and make my own decisions. I have been given a really good level of responsibility and challenge within my role.
Worst
The pressure to get everything done. My workload is quite heavy, which is usually okay because I enjoy it. However, it can become demanding at times.

Starting salary: £25,000 - £27,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
