What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Being trusted to manage my own time, ability to work from home, the location of the office which is close to home

Worst

The placement does not feel like it's been entirely thought through, and we frequently lack for work. I often get the feeling colleagues don't trust us to do the job.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Make some time to research the company, familiarise yourself with their goals and values. I also found it helpful to practice aptitude tests before applying for the scheme. Practice makes perfect.

Do you have any interview tips?

Enthusiasm is key! The assessment centre can be a stressful experience and it's ok to be nervous. The environment at the assessment centre can also give you an indication of the general company, if you're not "feeling it", it might not be the right fit for you.
