The interview/selection process is formed of a group exercise, an individual exercise, a presentation and then an interview where you are asked questions on your presentation and your reasons for wanting to join the scheme. I would recommend plenty of research not just into Severn Trent but the UK water industry as a whole and be aware of the political climate surrounding UK utilities companies. As the process is strengths-based, be yourself so that the recruitment team on the day can see the real you and look to take the lead and influence others in the group assessment.
