What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
The application has changed since I completed it. I would say just try to make yourself stand out from everyone else if you've ever done something a bit out of the ordinary and take time to actually think about the questions because there are normally only a few questions in the first application.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be passionate about what you're talking about in your application / interview.
Don't try and bluff anything - if you don't know an answer it's better just to say you don't know but say you're willing to learn.
