What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

I would say make sure you do your research and just be yourself. They are looking for the people that will fit in at Virgin Media and add value where they can. It's not all about grades and credentials but also about your approach and the sort of person you are.
In terms of research just make sure you know what Virgin Media really does and a rough idea of it's structure. Also take a look at our values and how you align to them.
