What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Work experience is key. Internships are important but make sure you have had a 'rubbish' job as well at some point. By being able to stick at a job that doesn't necessarily pay very well, but works to physically to the bone, it will show that you have clout and can work hard.

Do you have any interview tips?

Take some pens and a notepad with you. Not only does it make you look organised but there is a lot of information you have to take in and remember. The day is pretty stressful so you will save yourself a fair amount of aggravation if you just jot down information about the case study throughout the day.
