What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
At the assessment centre - be yourself as the company's culture is really unique and you should determine whether or not it suits your personality and aspirations.
Tailor well your application beforehand so you explicitly show what interests you being part of the TK maxx's experience. Visit some stores and familiarise yourself with our merchandise and what's different about us in the retail world.
Do you have any interview tips?
You will have to perform a presentation at the assessment centre and you will have a choice of questions. Mainly related to the company. Do your research and you will be more confident speaker knowing some of the key facts about the company.
Research the concept of 'off-price' business model (essential).
