What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
The scheme is very flexible. As we have 3 placements you get the opportunity to move around the business to areas where you wouldn't usually see yourself working. This way you learn a lot about the business and it will help you to understand the path that you want to take in your career.
Sometimes things can move slowly, but there will be times where you are very busy, and sometimes it will be the opposite so make the most of both and try to keep a balance.

Do you have any interview tips?
Research the company and the wider sector, and be confident to answer questions on this. Also be prepared to answer competency and behavior based questions. Don't worry about the interview though, just be yourself and try to relax.
