What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Teamwork and analysis skills are key to the job so emphasize these in your application.

Do you have any interview tips?

The presentation is the most important part of the assessment day. They are looking for how you deal with data and how you can use data to build a compelling story. Most importantly they are looking for a strong point of view (backed up by data) - don't waffle on your interview answers or presentation recommendation.

Interview is fairly standard - talk through your resume first (they may pull out one or two points that they find interesting and ask you to explain more). Then there are the usual competency questions. Finally there are a set of questions about how you would go about building client relationships and ways to make an impact with clients. At the very end I was asked to give a 30 second pitch for why they should hire me.
