What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The graduate training is excellent and covers a really broad range of areas. You get a great breadth of experience, with the opportunity to experience two difference businesses (and hence two cultures), as well as two different functions.

Worst

A lot of on the job training is dependent on your line manager, so your development can be very different to your peers depending on the level of line manager engagement.

You have very little say in your placements, including geographical moves. This means you may not necessarily get the career development you want but will be just pushed in to business fit.
