What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Working for Explore Learning requires great amounts of determination, positivity and resilience. I would say be prepared to have a lot of responsibility on your shoulders - it needs people who thrive under this pressure and who love the challenge of adapting to new situations.

Do you have any interview tips?

Throw yourself into the initial centre interview - getting really stuck into working with the children is a great sign. It's important to be really prepared but also to let your personality come through.
