What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be prepared for lots of responsibility and commitment. This is an amazing job and the first few months can be hard but it is worth it once you become a skilled educational professional and feel you are having an impact your staff and on how children are learning.
Do you have any interview tips?
Positivity is very important but I think what is most important is credibility. Explore are looking for people who can have conversations and build relationships in a professional and meaningful way. Don't let the happy, shiny qualities of the company fool you too much- Explore is looking for professionals with substance as well as positivity!
