What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be prepared to work hard and become a business manager; this is not just a job in education it is in education management. Explore looks for personable people but you've got to show you're switched on too. Demonstrating initiative is key and you will need this by the bucket load if you get the role. It is a brilliant, hugely varied job different to any 9-5pm 'grad scheme' you will find; you'll work weekends and 11-8pm but it will be absolutley worth it if you have the passion for it!

Show you are personable but switched on from a business perspective. Initiative is key to demonstrate, as well as a lot of confidence.
