What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Building relationships with members and their families and getting to see the progress each member is making and the positive impact you are having on their success.

Worst

The working hours (it's over 40 hours a week alongside evening and weekend work), the lack of holiday allowance and the fact that you have to be in the centre every day, there is no hybrid working or working from home for centre staff.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £23,000 - £25,000

Current salary: £27,000 - £29,000

What hours do you actually work, on average?

Start: 11:00

Finish: 20:00
