What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Working with the children to improve their confidence in their studies. The tutor team are wonderful and it’s lovely to help them develop in their roles.
Worst
Feeling at times as though the company mission is not reflected in the everyday actions. Promoting the idea that we are here to support learners, however the job role itself is more growth focused - joining new members to the centre. The job is very goal driven which works for many people, however for others it can add pressure to make the work less enjoyable.
