What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Go in with a long-term perspective, many people leave because of the hours/days worked but if you get your head down and work hard this changes once you become a centre director and the hours become second nature after a few months.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be yourself, in the assessment days if they like 10 people they will hire 10 people, trying to stand out by being competitive and not having an awareness of others will actually go against you.
