What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
the people and their support. There are plenty of training opportunities to keep everyone in the loop and engaged. 11am starts can be helpful for those who are not morning people
Worst
poor work-life balance. you have to work during bank holidays, you finish late due to afterschool hours and your work week is usually Tuesday to Saturday so really hard to plan weekends with friends and family.
