What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Interesting and challenging work. Lots of satisfaction when something you’ve worked on is then in use by thousands of healthcare staff across the NHS and internationally. The knowledge that our software allows clinicians to spend more time with patients and provide better care.
Worst
We all leave on time but due to the nature of the job it sometimes takes some time to stop thinking through the problems you’ve been working on that day. Can be stressful at busy times (e.g. COVID-19), but everyone helps each other out.

Starting salary: £31,000 - £33,000
Current salary: £59,000 - £61,000
