What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Being able to have such a huge influence on the company, even in the early stages of my career. Graduates have so many opportunities to put work in front of the Executive Committee within their first couple of years, and are well respected throughout as the bright passion that Virgin Media needs.
Worst
Being a large company means some of the systems are outdated. And changing that is so costly and time-consuming that it feels like a near-impossible task.

Starting salary: £29,000 - £31,000
Current salary: £41,000 - £43,000

Start: 08:30
Finish: 18:00
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Ensure you have a well balanced CV. It is fine to be intelligent and focus on your studies, but make sure you get involved in the community, whether that be charity work or bringing your hobbies into the public.
Do you have any interview tips?
Always be honest, we can spot a fake! Learning about the company culture and values beforehand is a must, as with every company we want to hire the best talent, but also we want to hire people that we can see ourselves working with in the future. The assessment center is tough, so make sure you get plenty of rest the day before.
