What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
You aren't expected to know the sector inside out prior to applying, but a bit of research into current issues and affairs will help massively. Spend time preparing your answers, complete drafts before pasting into the online application. Don't leave the application until last minute, try and apply well in advance of the closing dates.
Do you have any interview tips?
Prepare a list of bulleted answers to potential questions you may receive. These can be used as prompts during phone interviews. If you are asked to prepare work or a presentation, ensure the work is clear, concise and you are comfortable presenting the information. Don't try and over complicate anything. Try and be relaxed and confident in yourself.
