Best

Exposure to high level people within the business from an early stage.
Responsibility for your own work from an early stage.
Work/life balance.
Good culture (frequent opportunities to attend social events with colleagues outside of work).

Some of the unavoidable processes and procedures that come with working for a big PLC.
Not the quickest to adopt new technologies (this applies to the wider industry as a whole).
