What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Opportunities available (e.g. managers have been very supportive in sending me through an accredited masters).
Rotations (has allowed me to be exposed to different areas of the business and meet many different people in the business).
Made to feel well supported (through both development team, directors/managers, other graduates, mentor and buddies.
Graduate/socialising/networking events

Worst

So far in my team, I have found that I have ran out of work quite quickly and would appreciated receiving tasks that are more challenging.
Still waiting to complete some of the rotations.
Relocating.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Application process is very open and welcomes applicants from all types of backgrounds. It doesn't matter if you don't have the relevant experience, as long as you show enthusiasm and commitment to learning.

Do you have any interview tips?

Ask natural questions with your interviewer and show inquisitiveness. Practice presentation skills beforehand and research topic thoroughly. The interview also requires group activities, so be prepared to contribute and offer something to the team.
