Get to know the company, specifically what RWEST do. Be yourself, don't try and act like someone that you think the interviewers want you to be; they will know you have the academic experience, the interview/assessment centre is about getting to know you as a person. Be prepared to be challenged on your answers and feel uncomfortable at times too.
