What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Focus upon tangible experience no matter in what context, with focus on leadership e.g. captaining teams/societies at uni etc.
Interactive assessment day process - important to be natural as the focus seemed to be on getting the right people rather than the qualifications etc.
It is good to get an idea of the company - as it is fairly complicated, as this is typically asked about.
