Best

Early responsibility.
The culture.
You don't just sit and observe, you do meaningful work and senior employees listen to you and take your advice as if you've been there for years.
I'm always learning new things.

Worst

Sometimes the work flow slows down, this is because we are on placements so we can't be given the responsibility of a full role.
It is too rural. I like that Renishaw is situated in the countryside but it is difficult to live in a city with things to do and also be close to work.
