What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Make sure you understand the 3 main sectors of Philips; Consumer Lifestyle, Healthcare and Lighting. Ensure you have a good understanding of the market you are applying for, ie. market trends, competitors, difficulties facing the industry
Do you have any interview tips?
Make sure you are aware you are constantly being assessed during the assessment centre, including lunch. Make full use of the time to talk to the managers that will be assessing you to find out more about the scheme and make them remember you.
