Starting salary: £23,000 - £25,000
Current salary: £27,000 - £29,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Make sure you have an understanding of how the commercial insurance market is structured in the UK before applying; poorer candidates know very little about how business is transacted and how the market functions when they apply. You will need to demonstrate within your application why it is you want to work in the area for which you have applied, so make sure you understand the role and then sell you skills!
Do you have any interview tips?
As previous with regards understanding of the market; questions will certainly be asked about where we sit within the market and who our competitors are. Other than that the skills required will be similar to other financial services type roles so read up on these and make sure you can demonstrate them.
