Negotiating with brokers - can see your contribution to company top line
Lots of development opportunities i.e. courses etc
Can move into lots of different teams/functions
Colleagues and staff are very supportive

Starting salary: £25,000 - £27,000

Current salary: £29,000 - £31,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Any experience you can gain in the sector will be viewed as a positive, having had none myself, an internship proved a great way to learn about the sector before applying for the scheme.
