Having the ability to give all the departments in the business a try, and have the application for each role and how this benefits and influences your role.

Worst

As a trainee, you are expected to do a lot, as much as this is good to get experience and you work on your time management skills you can be pulled away from your day job and may only spend one/two days in the week if you have a busy schedule. For example:
