What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
It sounds so obvious but be yourself. The business is looking for the leaders of the future, to drive BHS as a top 100 company. They are looking for people who are innovative, dynamic and fun, along with having the potential to develop into fantastic leaders and managers.
Do you have any interview tips?
Having never been to an assessment day before I didn't know what to expect however it was actually a fun experience, however preparation is key for any stage of your application. A brief background knowledge of the business is vital, be aware of the company's main competitors and what BHS strives to achieve.
