Starting salary: £27,000 - £29,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Demonstrate a wide range of experience and examples of how you've built your skills - part time work, uni societies, etc. Be very clear on the job and why it's right for you, and what you can bring to it.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be very aware of the company and the industry. Think about recent big events in the sector (especially those that affect the company directly and its competitors) - try to think ahead too, how do you think these events will unfold? What will be the mid-long term impact on the compnay?
Be enthusiastic, confident and ask questions back. Get to know the interviewer as much as they get to know you. Be prepared for some more abstract questions but don't panic - you are NOT expected to get the right answer, these are for you to show how you think and how you solve a problem, so stay calm and curious, float your ideas with the interviewer and ask for a tip/steer if you're really stuck.
